Kampgrounds of America (KOA) partnered with Viant to evaluate whether fully autonomous execution could outperform their most successful human-led approach during the high competition holiday season. Outcomes, ViantAI’s autonomous performance product, was activated to drive continuous cost optimization and reduce operational complexity.
At the core of the strategy was Outcomes’ Lattice Brain, a proprietary engine that autonomously optimizes bidding and inventory selection in real time across thousands of signals, focusing investment on high-intent conversion opportunities that are difficult to identify at scale manually.
