How they Did It
To optimize iROAS and increase both online and on-premise sales for their regional restaurant client, Dunn & Co. engaged Viant’s DSP for advanced targeting, creative, and measurement capabilities.
Dunn&Co. leveraged the Viant DSP to geo-fence target audiences within 5-10 miles of the restaurant’s locations, running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns to grow reach, awareness and sales. High impact display, video, and CTV units featuring QR codes that drove audiences to an online ordering platform were custom built and utilized to engage with target audiences.
Campaign results, available within the Viant DSP, proved their campaign strategy drove success. Brand Lift reporting showed a 33.8% lift in brand awareness driven by media exposure. The campaign also generated an 80% lift in online purchases and 372,000 incremental site visits. Additionally, the Commerce Signals Sales reporting allowed Dunn&Co. to measure the campaign’s incremental impact on both online and on-premise sales, leading to the restaurant achieving a significant 144% sales lift, $23M incremental revenue and $16.95 in iROAS.
