Dustin Kwan | Chief Product Officer | Viant
Dustin is the Chief Product Officer at Viant Technology. In this role, Dustin leads product strategy, development, and execution–increasing platform adoption across clients. Dustin comes to Viant with two decades of experience in product leadership. Prior to Viant, Dustin was a General Manager of Advertising Products at Amazon DSP, helping to build Amazon into one of the largest demand-side platforms in the market. There, he led advertiser experience and cookieless advertising solutions, driving the holistic Amazon DSP strategic vision and roadmap to launch significant product features and drive overall growth.
Dustin also previously led Vertical Ad Display Products and Device Ad Products for the company, driving growth across ad channels and devices including Fire TV, Fire Tablet, and Kindle eReaders. Prior to Amazon, Dustin held other product leadership roles at AVG Technologies, Sendori Inc., and Ask.com.

Rick Erwin | CEO | Adstra
Rick brings more than 25 years of experience in data driven marketing and advertising to his role as CEO of Adstra. He is a leading voice in the field of omnichannel marketing and an outspoken advocate for the value of data in the global economy. Prior to joining Adstra, Rick spent three years as president of Acxiom’s data and identity business, where he led its turnaround and growth, culminating in the sale of the company to Interpublic Group. Prior to Acxiom, Rick was the president of Experian’s data and identity business where he expanded the company into the digital media ecosystem and established its leadership in connected TV.
Rick holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University (Kellogg), and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Michigan State University. He is currently a board trustee at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, and has held past board roles at the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Data and Marketing Association (DMA), LoopMe, Chicago Youth Centers, and RevSpring, Inc.

Angelina Eng | VP Measurement, Addressability & Data Center | IAB
Angelina Eng is Vice President of Measurement, Addressability & Data Center at the IAB. Angelina has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley, Merkle, and dentsu; whilst helping hundreds of brands define, build, and manage and support digital media efforts. Her current focus at IAB centers around providing essential industry standards, guidance, and education on various data and technology approaches amid changes in underlying technology and privacy regulations in a constantly evolving ecosystem.
Over the years, she has been involved with multiple organizations and events to help define, establish and advocate some of the industry standards that we see in today’s digital media ecosystem (such as ad verification/brand safety, ad fraud, viewability and programmatic, social, etc). Angelina has been awarded the AdMonsters 2018 Power List, IAB Data Rockstar 2016 and AdMonsters Digital Media Leadership Award 2016.
