Larry Madden

Larry Madden serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Viant Technology. In this role, he oversees general and administrative activities for the company, including finance, accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, corporate development and human resources, leading Viant’s financial strategy and long-term growth.

Larry brings over three decades of experience to Viant, including more than 25 years as a CFO across both high-growth and mature, publicly traded companies. His industry experience is broad and extensive, spanning media & entertainment, software & technology, digital media, fashion, and marketing services. 

Prior to joining Viant in 2012, Larry served as Chief Financial Officer for two NASDAQ-listed companies and as a board member of a NASDAQ-listed home entertainment company. He has extensive experience managing and structuring financial and business operations on a global basis, and is also a debt and equity financing veteran with nearly $3 billion of financing secured throughout his career. Larry began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent eight years.

Larry earned a B.S. in Accounting at the University of Albany and an M.B.A in Finance and Strategic Management at NYU’s Stern School of Business.
