Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt-out of the “Sale” of their personal information. The CCPA defines the term “Sale” broadly, and includes, the selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating (collectively a “Sale”) of personal information to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
To submit an opt-out online, please visit our CCPA Request Web Portal.
You may also submit your requests by calling us at (888) 655-1873 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, email address, and telephone number where you can be reached in your request.
If you use an authorized agent to submit your opt-out request, your agent will need to provide a copy of your written permission for the agent to act on your behalf with respect to your privacy rights and we may verify such request with you.
